Applied DBT Group for Teens and Young Adults

Do your emotions feel out of control? Are you tired of being sad, anxious, or stressed?

Find support with this weekly therapeutic support group for teens and young adults to learn about DBT skills, how to use them in daily life, and how to practice them in a safe environment.

This DBT group is geared specifically toward young adults, ages 16-25. These years are characterized by major transitions, gaining independence, and identity development. In this group, you will learn concrete strategies to improve your management of difficult thoughts and emotions, as well as how to build healthy self-awareness. This group will also help you grow in terms of navigating the complexities of relationships. 

This ongoing weekly group meets Wednesdays from 6:15pm-7:30pm. A 6-week minimum commitment Is requested.

High School Process Group 

This activity-based support group offers teens a safe environment to interact, boost self-esteem, and gain confidence. 

This dynamic group will cover a wide range of subjects, such as focusing on healthy and unhealthy relationships, coping skills, social skills, life after high school, social media use, and much more! 

This ongoing weekly group meets during the summer on Thursdays from 4:00pm-5:15pm. A 6-week minimum commitment Is requested.


College Bound Senior Group

Feeling anxious about starting college?

Find support with this weekly therapeutic support group for seniors in high school to receive support as they make the move to college. 

This dynamic group will cover a wide range of subjects, such as stress management, dealing with common college problems, setting effective boundaries with roommates, parents, etc., good study habits, developing your values, setting goals, finding your support network in a new environment, and much more!

This ongoing weekly group meets Tuesdays from 7:15pm-8:30pm. A 6-week minimum commitment Is requested.

For your convenience, we have appointments

mornings to evenings 7 days a week.

We offer sessions in-office and online.
