She takes a client-centered and strengths-based approach to assessment and treatment. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other therapeutic modalities to help you reach your goals.

In their leisure time, Jassmen enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys hiking and spending time by the beach. She loves art and is always finding ways to express their creative side. She is also a dancer and performer with adult dance companies.
