Hi, I’m Laura (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and ADHD-CCPS. I provide compassionate therapy for teens, adults, and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. Whether you’re navigating a career change, relationship challenge, or personal growth struggle, I offer supportive counseling tailored to your needs. Therapy can be a safe space to find clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Many of my clients are deep thinkers and sensitive feelers, including those with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence seeking specialized support. I also work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those whose experiences don’t always fit into traditional labels. My client-centered, affirming approach creates space for authenticity, exploration, and practical strategies that promote healing and growth.

Together, we may address relationship struggles through couples counseling, work through trauma, or manage anxiety and depression. My goal is to empower you with personalized treatment that reflects your values and life goals, helping you strengthen communication, deepen connections, and enhance overall well-being.

Who I Work With

  • People managing ADHD or executive functioning challenges seeking realistic, shame-free strategies

  • Those exploring gender or sexual identity and wanting a safe, affirming space

  • Teens and young adults facing anxiety, burnout, or depression

  • Individuals working through self-doubt and striving to build confidence

  • Couples or individuals navigating relationship tension, communication struggles, or recurring conflict

Here's What You Can Expect When We Work Together

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I approach each session with curiosity, kindness, and a touch of humor, while honoring your pace and journey. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a relational, strengths-based lens. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges, supporting you in becoming more grounded, confident, and connected.

Who I Am, Beyond the Therapy Room

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me on the ice playing hockey, skiing in the mountains, or walking my two dogs. I love staying active, trying new challenges, and finding balance through movement. I bring that same energy, curiosity, and persistence into my work with clients.
