Hi, I’m Maeve (she/her), an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I provide empathetic, client-centered therapy for teens, young adults, parents and individuals navigating life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for self exploration and growth. I believe that therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time. I love incorporating humor and creativity when possible to match each client’s unique expressive style. I support clients facing stress, relationship issues, identity exploration and other life transitions with compassion, sincerity, and a touch of fun.

Here’s What You Can Expect When We Work Together
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and communicative, with humor and creativity woven throughout. I believe that everyone’s therapeutic journey unfolds at its own pace, and I honor that by creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable opening up in your own time. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each approach to meet your unique needs. By combining these modalities, I work with you to develop a client-centered treatment plan that feels both effective and personal. Whether you're navigating relationship changes, anxiety, grief, trauma, or depression, my goal is to support you with the tools you need to grow into a stronger, more grounded, and peaceful version of yourself.
Who I Am, Beyond the Therapy Room
When I am not supporting my clients in the therapy room, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my horse or my dog. I love mornings spent riding my horse and taking my dog on long walks or trips to the park. Outside of that, I’m always up for trying a new workout class, putting together (and eating!) a charcuterie board, or diving into a good fantasy book or show.
