Hi, I’m Nina. I offer strengths-based, solution-focused therapy and meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or expectation.

Sometimes life feels heavy, confusing, or just plain hard. My role is to sit with you in those moments, to help you find clarity and reconnect with your own strength and wisdom. You already hold the answers within you; together, we’ll uncover them and move toward healing and growth.

There’s incredible courage in allowing yourself to be vulnerable. Taking this step, reaching out, is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. I’ll walk alongside you through the challenges, celebrate your progress, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

Nina De Simone

Many of us spend so much time caring for others, family, friends, colleagues, that we forget to nurture ourselves. I’ll help you find ways to refill your own cup so that you can show up for your life and your relationships with more balance and authenticity.

Who I Work With

  • Adults who feel lost, stuck, or unsure of their next step

  • Teens navigating pressure, anxiety, or self-doubt

  • Individuals seeking direction, purpose, or connection

  • Adults and teens in crisis or transition

  • People learning to set boundaries and honor their needs

  • Anyone who simply wants to be seen, heard, and supported

Here’s What You Can Expect When We Work Together

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you build on your existing strengths while exploring new ways of coping and growing.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques to help you set realistic goals and take steps toward lasting change. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s also empowering, a sign that you’re ready to prioritize your wellbeing and create space for healing.

Who I Am, Beyond the Therapy Room

When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually with my family and friends, my favorite people. I love being at the beach with my toes in the sand, exploring new places, or getting lost in a good historical fiction book or show. I’m someone who finds beauty in the small, simple moments.
